I am a big fan of healthy eating, and it is closely tied to my type 2 diabetes as well. I tried several approaches, and now I feel like I can help other people navigate in this world.

Healthy eating is closely tied to my type 2 diabetes. I tried several approaches myself, and I can help other people cook, find the right products and exercise to stay as healthy as possible.

The way I navigate it.

  1. Cook.

  2. Find the right products.

    Vitamins and supplements, gluten-free products, healthy snacks, and organic fruits and vegetables.

  3. Exercise.
